Agilis Health Assessment - Take Home Test Kit
We now offer Agilis Health Assessments
We want our patients to have the ability to get clear, actionable health insights, without the waitlists and from the comfort of their own home. To achieve this, we’ve partnered with Agilis to deliver a range of Health Assessments.

What are Agilis Health Assessments?
Health assessments are a fantastic way to quickly get a clear picture of your health. They offer medical checks using simple blood tests, taken at home by you.
Each assessment comes with a minimum 15-minute call with a nurse to discuss your results, with advice on follow-up actions you may like to take. You can choose which test is best for your needs.

What are the different health assessments?
Baseline blood count
The baseline blood count includes 20 markers and is used to evaluate your overall health. It can help to detect a wide range of disorders by identifying abnormal increases or decreases in cell counts.
Health indicator blood test
The baseline blood count includes 28 markers, plus an understanding of your kidneys and liver functions. This assessment also includes an indicator of good cholesterol levels to help you understand your long-term risk of heart disease.
Comprehensive health check
This check expands on the health indicator blood test and includes 35 markers. It will give you a breakdown of your ‘bad cholesterol’ levels. This health check also identifies iron deficiency, anaemia, diabetes and inflammation in your body.
All inclusive health review
This health assessment covers 36 markers plus an ECG and blood pressure check. It includes every marker from the other health assessments, plus hba1c (diabetes). You will also receive an ECG and blood pressure check in a pharmacy, alongside a 30-minute nurse call.

How do the assessments work?
Step 1: Order online at pharmacy.agilishealth.co.uk.
Step 2: Bring your proof of purchase and Order ID to our pharmacy.
Step 3: We will register your kit and collect additional readings if required.
Step 4: At home, follow the instructions to collect a finger prick blood sample.
Step 5: Send your sample away for assessment.
Step 6: Receive your report, with the option of a nurse call to discuss it further.
